Business Controller Frabelux

Ontex, a leading international provider of disposable personal hygiene solutions, is seeking a Business Controller Frabelux to join its Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering business unit and customer financial KPIs, including top- and bottom-line targets, accounts receivable targets, and forecast accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the General Manager and Commercial teams to achieve business unit and customer financial goals.
  • Develop and deliver financial planning and analysis, including reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Analyze commercial, operational, and financial data to provide timely and structured reporting and analysis.
  • Support strategic and operational decision-making processes at the business unit and customer level.
  • Develop financial models and simulate multiple scenarios for business opportunities and special projects.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools and software.
