We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental and Management System Technician to join our team at Clue Technologies. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing environmental and quality procedures, inspecting processes, and developing environmental and quality control systems.

  • Obtain and analyze data to update and monitor environmental aspects and impacts.
  • Review and support customer EMS requirements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Analyze chemical characteristics, evaluate technical sheets, and determine storage and waste management.
  • Monitor and record waste collection, updating records as necessary.
  • Manage UNE-EN-9100, UNE-EN-ISO-14001, and UNE-EN-ISO-27001 systems, indicators, risks, documentation, external audits, internal audits, reports, and improvement actions.
  • Maintain and enforce quality and environmental procedures, ensuring products and services meet quality standards.
  • Support sustainability efforts, including PRL and EMS records, client audits, and carbon footprint determination.
  • Assist the sustainability committee in analyzing proposals, implementation, and carbon footprint determination.
  • Support customer audits and assessments, new quality tooling requirements, and calibration.
  • Onboard and follow up on survey completion, resolving queries as needed.
  • Conduct safety surveys, follow up, and analyze results under the organization's safety management system.
  • Support supplier surveys and certifications analysis.
  • Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance.

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to work from our Málaga offices at least 2 days per week.
  • University education or 3 years of experience in environmental and quality processes and products in automotive, aerospace, or similar companies.
  • Experience in KPI and indicators management and document management.
  • Experience in audits management.
  • Risks and changes management.
  • Proficient in MS office (or similar) and other software applications.
  • Certification management, knowledge in UNE-EN-9100, UNE-EN-ISO-14001, and UNE-EN-ISO-27001, and PRL.
  • Root cause analysis methodologies.
  • Non-conformities management.
