Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at GSK Aranda de Duero, Burgos. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and shaping procurement objectives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and propose long-term plans to improve procurement processes and enhance overall performance.
  • Manage interfaces between procurement and site stakeholders, balancing expectations and requirements.
  • Lead the procurement function across the Aranda site, developing and managing the site's supply base to meet GSK's requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts for specific categories and reduce direct and indirect costs across the site.
  • Coordinate support from multiple category teams and work within a matrix organization.
Requirements
  • Skilled in financial analytics, with experience in setting standard costs and site financial plans.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and collaborate with site and global finance teams.
  • Strong business strategy skills, with experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing a team of procurement professionals.
