We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Manager to join our team at Wireless Logic Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our technical support team in Spain.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting network problems, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and providing guidance on how to resolve technical issues.
- Manage the technical support team, including hiring, training, and evaluating technical support staff.
- Partner with the sales team to provide technical support and assist with the preparation of technical proposals.
- Maintain a strong understanding of networking technologies and stay up-to-date on the latest trends.
- Develop and implement training programs for technical support staff.
- Identify and resolve technical support issues, and implement preventive measures to reduce the number of support tickets.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as telecommunications or computer science.
- Solid networking knowledge, with a CCNP certification or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support or network management.
- Experience working with operators, preferably with experience in network management.
- Experience in network architectures, cloud services, and IT infrastructures.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to manage and mentor technical teams.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Full training and ongoing support to help you grow and develop in your role.
