As a Customs Compliance Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to manage the preparation and submission of customs declarations for both imports and exports, utilizing our proprietary Customs Application.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and finalize External Transit Procedures (T1).
- Prepare customs declarations ensuring:
- All relevant data is accurate, complete, and well-documented.
- Utilization of the most suitable and cost-effective customs procedures.
- Verification of customs value through documentation checks and internal SAP PO-Orders.
- Correctness of preferential documentation and proper filing for future audits.
- Submit customs declarations to the authorities via our MIC customs system.
- Address errors in our systems (MIC and SAP), including editing file transfers and creating manual templates as necessary.
- Monitor and manage customs clearance processes until completion.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field, or a Higher Degree (Grado Superior) in Foreign Trade.
- AEAT certification is advantageous.
- Experience in customs or freight forwarding is essential.
- Familiarity with customs processes including export, import, Intrastat, and customs classification.
- International experience is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in customs/ERP IT systems such as SAP and MIC.
- Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English.
- Strong organizational, communication, and assertiveness skills are highly valued.
