About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our Sales functions across Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business goals into effective HR strategies, partnering with senior sales teams to develop and implement progressive people strategies
  • Assist in organizational planning and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and managing reactive organizational changes
  • Provide guidance on long-term headcount planning, manage recruitment processes, and conduct interviews for key and managerial roles across the regions
  • Collaborate on talent development and succession planning within local sales departments, support performance management processes, and communicate learning needs
  • Offer guidance on employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and implement effective change management protocols
  • Support people leaders with the annual merit cycle, providing clarity and guidance on compensation actions
  • Ensure high standards in payroll preparation and follow-up, coordinating with the local HR team
Requirements
  • 8+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple locations, preferably in retail
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field
  • Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English; French is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
