Food Technologist (Meat Specialization)
We are seeking a talented Food Technologist to join our team in Continental Europe. As a key member of our R&D department, you will contribute to the growth of our product range and customer base by developing innovative seasoning and coating systems for protein-based substrates.
Your Role:
- Support the development of new products for our targeted customers
- Act as the technical contact for our customers in Continental Europe
- Develop presentations, organize and execute workshops, and train customers on our products in applications and marketable formats
- Create innovative seasoning and coating systems for protein-based substrates
- Develop winning products for meat and poultry
- Look actively for innovative raw materials and systems
- Conduct raw material evaluations
Your Profile:
- Master in Food Science or Technology or equivalent by proven experience
- Experience in development and application of functional seasonings for meat and poultry
- Experience in meat processing
- Language skills: fluent in Dutch and English
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Project Management skills
- Culinary experience is a plus

- Self-confident and enthusiastic in presenting product concepts to customers
- Passion for success with strong focus on getting things done well
- Creative, efficient, and well-organized
- Flexible and willing to travel within Europe to support our customers
