About the Role

Certinia DesignOps team is seeking a skilled Frontend Software Engineer to join its Granada office. As a key member of our elite, high-visibility platform team, you will play a crucial role in defining and creating the next generation User Experience for our industry-leading Professional Services Automation and Customer-Centric ERP applications built upon the Salesforce Lightning platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with geographically diverse teams to create libraries, components, and tools that will be used by feature crews to create end-user experiences that are not only usable but also scalable and charismatic.
  • Work effectively on your own and with others to drive UX vision across all products.
  • Write clean, testable code following company and industry best practices.
  • Build a shared UI component library using the latest technologies and web standards.
  • Ensure library code meets the latest accessibility standards.
  • Add new features to our public-facing Design System website.
  • Help define front-end development standards and best practices.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Coach and mentor other software engineers, including those on other teams.
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations for feature pilots on the Salesforce Platform.
  • Represent the team in product or company-wide technical discussions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in software development tools and techniques.
