We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Energy Practice Area at Boston Consulting Group. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive content agenda, including thought leadership and commercial content, to amplify BCG's presence in the energy industry.
- Design and implement social media campaigns to engage with key audiences and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality internal and external communications, leveraging tools such as SalesForce and Outlook.
- Provide strategic, operational, and logistics support for priority external engagement programs, including events and conferences.
- Work closely with the Global Marketing Director - Energy and other marketing colleagues to drive the firm's reputation as a thought leader in the energy industry.
- 6-8+ years of relevant marketing experience in a professional services environment, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent writing and communication skills, and design skills.
- Experience working with marketing systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage with all levels of seniority.
- Self-starter with good prioritization skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple parallel tasks.
- Commitment to execution and attention to detail.
You will work closely with the Global Marketing Director - Energy, as well as with other marketing colleagues and energy practice leadership based in offices around the world. BCG's marketing team drives the firm's reputation as a thought leader, strengthening and protecting the brand, advancing the business agenda, and partnering with management to engage with key audiences.
