Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team at Altea Energy. As a key member of our RKF Asset Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering timely and high-quality G&G&RE activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model leadership and support for QHSE culture, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the RKF Asset Team to develop and implement Division objectives, aligning with Joint Venture strategies.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders and manage external business subsurface stakeholders for RKF, including partners, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Identify, prioritize, and mature RKF PE&WS&WI opportunities, proposing standards dispensations as needed.
  • Implement Digital/Data Management best practices for RKF PE&WS&WI activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assess and mitigate PE&WS&WI risks, supporting the RKF Asset Management team in PE&WS&WI tasks.
  • Supervise well interventions, ensuring adherence to well integrity and reservoir management processes.
  • Investigate and recommend remedial well operations, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support RKF Asset PE&WS&WI staff recruitment, ensuring the right talent is in place.
  • Develop and execute a Production & Development PE&WS&WI work execution strategy, incorporating new drilling campaign results.
  • Influence RKF Asset in PE&WS&WI aspects through GRKF forums, ensuring alignment and coordination.
  • Closely liaise and coordinate with PE&WS&WI GKRF secondees to align PE&WS&WI work.
  • Propose business and/or strategic oriented PE&WS&WI studies/evaluation/surveillance to GRKF, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Ensure safe execution of Production and Development PE&WS&WI of GRKF works, adhering to processes and procedures.
  • Propose PE&WS&WI staff allocation within GRKF activities to ensure delivery, optimizing resources.
  • Forecast short-term production profiles in coordination with AD G&G&RE Lead, monitoring production and injection within GRKF.
  • Promote mentoring, coaching, and training junior/professional colleagues in PE&WS&WI tools and techniques, workflows, and internal processes.
  • Collaborate to assign Training plans to PE&WS&WI staff to support ongoing business activities and capability gap closure.
  • Manage the Production & Development PE&WS&WI GRKF team budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Identify and propose action plans for well integrity issues, ensuring proactive risk management.
Key Processes to Implement
  • All PE&WS&WI delivery and execution processes related to internal and external parties.
  • PE&WS&WI data acquisition, processing, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Growth, Development, and Production PE&WS&WI opportunities identification, prioritization, and maturation.
  • Well planning and workover/intervention activity support.
  • Nodal Analysis for Production System Optimization.
  • Engineering design, planning, and supervision of well interventions.
