Aeronautical Production Engineer

Jet Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Aeronautical Production Engineer to join our team in Madrid. As a pioneer in aircraft manufacturing and modification, we are committed to delivering high-quality projects while investing in our employees and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop components, installations, and pieces, as well as processes, instruments, and equipment, to maintain quality.
- Plan, design, and estimate times and costs, and supervise the construction and maintenance of structures, installations, systems, and components.
- Analyze and develop solutions to production engineering problems related to equipment and manufacturing systems or component failures.
- Develop and apply production engineering standards and procedures, and provide guidance on matters within the engineering function.
- Responsible for workflow in all Production Engineering regarding any manufacturing or configuration requirements of the fuselage, cabin design, or product support items, and opportunities for standardization.
- Develop best practices, lessons learned, and define methods and tools to improve engineering data quality and reduce manufacturing costs or improve inventory and standardization with a focus on cabin design or product support as applicable.
- Represent Jet Aviation as a single company internally and externally to industrial groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanical and Aeronautical Production Engineer.
- Knowledge of concepts, procedures, practices, etc.
- Familiarity with tools, jigs, and rigs.
- High level of English and Spanish required.
- Excellent skills for managing complex technical tasks in highly collaborative environments, preferably during an EVP IR or in-service phase, including fuselage configuration and cabin standards.
