About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in sourcing excellence to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. As a Strategic Sourcing Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and creating reports using Power BI to extract actionable insights within the procurement function
  • Developing risk mitigation strategies and strategic initiatives within procurement, involving relevant stakeholders for effective implementation
  • Leading the planning of the Nacelle Procurement yearly negotiation process, providing progress updates to internal customers
  • Implementing new processes and tools related to sourcing excellence in Nacelle Procurement
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in sourcing excellence, procurement, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or Industrial Engineering
  • A proven track record of over 5 years of experience in energy, utilities, and mining sectors
  • Experience in Sourcing Excellence function in a multinational company
  • Strong teamwork skills, demonstrated ability to execute for results, and proficiency in building effective relationships and influencing stakeholders positively
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including advanced capabilities in both report visualization and design
  • Advanced skills with Office 365, SAP, and knowledge of Ariba Source
  • Fluent English and Spanish proficiency, with proficiency in German considered an additional asset
