As a Strategic Sourcing Expert, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our procurement strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and create reports using Power BI to extract actionable insights within the procurement function.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and strategic initiatives within procurement, involving relevant stakeholders for effective implementation.
  • Lead the planning of the Nacelle Procurement yearly negotiation process, providing progress updates to internal customers.
  • Implement new processes and tools related to sourcing excellence in Nacelle Procurement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Over 5 years of experience in energy, utilities, and mining sectors.
  • Experience in Sourcing Excellence function in a multinational company.
  • Strong teamwork skills, demonstrated ability to execute for results, and proficiency in building effective relationships and influencing stakeholders positively.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including advanced capabilities in both report visualization and design.
  • Strong analytical skills and finance concepts to work closely with Controlling department in Product Costing and Target definition.
  • Fluent English and Spanish proficiency, with proficiency in German considered an additional asset.
