Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Associate to join our team. As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for processing payroll end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will also support statutory and year-end reporting, use payroll expertise to advise clients, and contribute to root cause analysis.
Main Responsibilities
- Process payroll end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support statutory and year-end reporting
- Use payroll expertise to advise clients
- Contribute to root cause analysis
- Support system maintenance testing
- Liaise with third parties
- Ensure SOC controls are completed on time
- Support knowledge transfer sessions
- Maintain DWIs to ensure processes are up-to-date
- Report system issues and defects
- Highlight deviations from standard scope of service
- Recognize and deal with sensitive and confidential information
- Complete time recording accurately
- Adhere to Alight security standards
- Contribute to team meetings
- Stay up-to-date with Alight announcements
- Build relationships with lines of business
- Update internal stakeholders

Professional/Job Experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools

Academic Degree/Education and Training
- BA/BS in a business-related field
- 2-3 years relevant experience administering payroll or health and welfare/benefits
- HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred
