Job Description:

Role Overview:
At Msd, we are seeking an experienced Order to Cash Associate Director to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Order to Cash process, ensuring all transactional activity is properly recorded and compliant with country statutory and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team that coordinates the entire order-to-cash process, including order management, billing, credit, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure all audit support and controls are executed in a timely fashion with accuracy.
• Interact with customers to resolve issues with a high level of customer service.
• Responsible for pricing, managing pricing issues and Sales Deals.
• Coordinate approval of new/changes to Customer Master Data.
• Partner with process owners and Shared Services (GBS) to identify strategies to drive efficiencies through continuous improvement opportunities.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition analysis.
• Maintain complete and accurate standard operating procedures and related internal control documentation.
• Lead and mentor the Order to Cash team, ensuring high performance and foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team of Order to Cash professionals preferred.

Skills:
• Business-level English and Spanish (speaking and writing) required.
• Familiarity with US GAAP preferred.
• Solid financial background with experience in accounting processes.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive management style to implement new processes.
• Experience using SAP desired.
• Strong knowledge of business processes supported by transaction processing capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills required.
• Intermediate to Advanced PC skills (MS Office) and analytical tools (Power BI) required.
