About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scaffold Coordinator to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all scaffold-related activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise scaffold work related to construction, inspecting scaffolding to ensure it meets project, local, and industry standards.
- Maintain project schedules and cost control within assigned field functions.
- Plan and monitor required work activities to guarantee design plans, tools, equipment, and materials are available.
- Review and understand drawings, plans, and specifications related to scaffolds, ensuring safe working conditions on all site scaffolds.
- Implement and maintain a scaffold inspection system, including weekly checks on all erected scaffolds. Participate in safety audits, inspections, and observation walks.
- Coordinate activities of contractors performing work within a discipline.
- Ensure inspectors and scaffold builders are trained and familiar with specifications and procedures.

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
