**Job Summary**

The Cloud Vendor Operations team at Importante Empresa is responsible for the strategic management of vendor relationships, procurement processes, and billing operations for our cloud-based services. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our cloud procurement and invoicing processes across Europe.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to assess business needs and develop strategic plans for cloud procurement and operations.
  • Design, implement, and optimize billing and cost optimization tools to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Develop and manage Sales Order Management operations to support cloud business growth across Europe, including order monitoring, credit health, vendor SLAs, order fixing, billing, and reporting.
  • Define, deploy, and manage Purchase Order Management operations to support cloud business growth across Europe, including vendor portal access and training, central purchasing, quick start provisioning, POs and vendors, accounts payable support, and reporting.
  • Document all processes and procedures, including those with offshore teams.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to measure and improve cloud procurement and operations.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and execution, and manage communication with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor partner and country consumption, and suggest purchases to optimize profit.
  • Interact with outsourced Order-to-Cash teams.

**Requirements**

  • Solid understanding of e-commerce and SAP transactions related to Order-to-Cash operations.
  • Advanced MSFT Excel knowledge and experience.
  • Strategic and analytical skills, with an out-of-the-box thinking mentality.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international results-driven project organization.
  • Understanding of the IT software/services/SaaS industry is a definite advantage.
  • Project experience in software licensing and cloud management sales tools is a definite advantage.
  • IT channel experience, preferably in TD, IM, or other Pan-European distributors or software vendors is a definite advantage.
  • Engineering, economy, or business degree is desirable.

**Working Conditions**

  • Occasional travel within Europe.
