About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Director, Digital Solutions to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex technical solutions that meet the needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop detailed technical solutions that align with our company's architecture and technical roadmap.
- Take ownership of technical delivery of projects and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet quality and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with business needs and goals.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders, influencing the development and execution of software and services.
- Ensure that technical solutions are secure, compliant, and meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in analyzing business processes, architecting, designing, developing, and integrating complex technical solutions.
- Expert understanding of programming and solution design, with experience in integrating or implementing Commercial off-the-shelf products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact with senior IT and business stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Self-starter with ability to work autonomously in a highly matrixed and multi-cultural environment.
