Key Responsibilities- Respond to service calls in a professional manner and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Read, understand, and comply with all procedures outlined in the Field Procedure Manual.
- Perform all work in a safe manner, adhering to company safety policy and local regulations.
- Keep the dispatching center informed of your schedule and job status.
- Ensure accurate accounting of spare parts using established procedures.
- Submit timely and accurate paperwork, including debriefing of performed jobs at customer premises.
- Maintain the accuracy of customer and installed base databases by reporting errors.
- Report and promote sales or service leads to the proper department.
- Actively seek technical leads and service business opportunities.
- Be a reference point for key customers in case of emergency and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with department supervisors to assist with day-to-day operational duties.
- School background in Air Conditioning or Electrical engineering.
- Native language skills in the local language and good English language skills.
- 4 years of experience in technical service area working in a service or test environment of Air conditioning equipment.
- Computer literacy, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Very flexible work hours.
