Senior Marketing Manager

HP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to lead our Large Format Marketing team in European Markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute demand generation campaign strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth in key markets.
- Optimize the marketing mix to achieve better return on investment.
- Support business planning and execution of the end-to-end marketing plan, from awareness and demand to customer acquisition and retention.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance against revenue growth goals, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, track campaign performance, and provide ongoing reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Build the HP brand with a positive impact on target audiences through activities and content that break through and create emotional and rational connections.
- Work with channel and key resellers on co-marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Ensure strong and consistent alignment of marketing investments, strategy, and tactics with key stakeholders.
- Deploy and manage the marketing budget with clear and measurable KPIs and metrics in straight alignment with the business.
- Drive a growth mindset and innovative culture for the team.
- Manage, coach, inspire, and grow a team of marketers based in various countries throughout the two regions.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or computer science; Master's degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of marketing experience, with proven impact on the brand and sales revenue.
- Experience with hardware and software products/solutions preferred.
- Deep understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, and nurturing practices; experience with marketing automation platforms like Eloqua, etc.
- Business acumen and ability to influence, especially when working with senior-level executives and sales audiences.
- Ability to work with multiple data sources, analyze insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Strong customer/user-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas for diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple fronts in a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.
