Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our Large Format Marketing team in European Markets. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive pipeline and revenue growth in key markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead demand generation campaign strategy, planning, and execution for HP's LFP products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, track campaign performance, and provide ongoing reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Build and manage a team of marketers based in various countries throughout the region.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives and campaigns with channel and key resellers.
  • Ensure strong and consistent alignment of marketing investments, strategy, and tactics with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or computer science; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience, with proven impact on the brand and sales revenue.
  • Experience with hardware and software products/solutions preferred.
  • Deep understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, and nurturing practices.
  • Business acumen and ability to influence, especially when working with senior-level executives and sales audiences.
