- Concept and Iterate on UI Assets: Work with game designers and artists to concept, iterate, and produce assets throughout all stages of development from pre-viz to final game assets.
- Establish a Cohesive UI Style Guide: Create and maintain a cohesive UI style guide with leads and key stakeholders.
- Prioritize and Organize UI Asset Creation: Prioritize, plan, and organize UI asset creation, working with development partners on how best to deliver and execute on the creative vision and ensuring delivery of Triple-A game quality visuals.
- Identify and Implement Best Practices: Identify and implement best practices, workflows, and pipelines to improve team effectiveness and continuously look at self and professional development.
- Strong UI Abilities: Strong UI abilities that demonstrate a strong grasp and understanding of the needs of UI in an interactive game experience.
- Well-Organized: Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Prototyping Software: Experience in prototyping software (e.g., XD, Balsamiq, Axure, etc.).
