Key Responsibilities- Training Sessions:
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
- Lead group training classes, focusing on strength training, cross training, and calisthenics.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to clients, fostering a motivating and empowering training environment.
- Client Care:
- Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and preferences.
- Develop and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting training space that promotes wellness and growth.
- Promotion and Marketing:
- Assist in promoting strength and conditioning services to attract and retain clients.
- Certified strength and conditioning coach with valid registration.
- Relevant certifications, such as Sport Science degrees, CAFE or TAFAD, and Crossfit or other strength and weightlifting certifications.
- Experience teaching a variety of group training and movement classes.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with clients. Catalan appreciated.
- Passion for fitness and empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
- Competitive compensation on a freelance basis, with rates determined by the number of sessions scheduled.
