We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Auditor to join our team at Grifols. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for conducting global audit projects across all areas of our business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent assurance and consulting services to improve the quality and effectiveness of our governance, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Document and present audit reports to the project manager and/or senior management.
  • Analyze business conditions to identify incidents or events that could impact our strategy, objectives, or risk profile.
  • Apply knowledge of risk assessment frameworks to make recommendations for audit strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years' audit experience, preferably with a Big Four firm or internal audit.
  • Extensive knowledge of business processes, accounting entries, and financial statements.
  • Participation in SOX assessments, fraud/anticorruption investigations, and business risk services projects is highly desirable.
  • Professional audit designation (CIA, CPA, or CFE) is preferable.
  • Advanced level in Spanish and English (C1) and proficient knowledge of MS-Office suite (Excel) are required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail, planning, and analytical skills are essential.
