Descripción del Puesto

La empresa Puentes de Salud busca un profesional experimentado en el cargo de Controller de Planta y Director Financiero para su centro de producción en Borja. El candidato seleccionado reportará directamente al Responsable de Planta y realizará las siguientes tareas:

  • Elaboración de Informes Financieros: Elaboración de informes mensuales, trimestrales y de fin de año de acuerdo con las NIIF – IFRS International Financial Reporting Standards y las directrices corporativas.
  • Previsión y Análisis de Costos: Previsión mensual, trimestral y de fin de año – preparación, análisis y revisión.
  • Análisis de Desviaciones de Presupuestos: Análisis y explicación de desviaciones de presupuestos (actual-previsiones-año anterior).
  • Análisis y Revisión de Costes Estándar: Análisis y revisión de costes estándar.
  • Preparación de Estados Financieros: Realización de estados financieros estatutarios según los GAAP españoles (apoyo externo proporcionado por consultor local).
  • Declaración de Impuestos: Declaración mensual y de fin de año del IVA/Impuesto sobre la Renta (apoyo externo proporcionado por el consultor fiscal).
  • Apoyo a la Gestión de la Planta: Apoyo a Tesorería Corporativa para la gestión y previsión de efectivo.
  • Apoyo a la Presupuestación Corporativa: Apoyo al gerente de planta y al equipo de gestión de plantas: análisis de centros de beneficio/costes.
  • Apoyo a la Integración de Sistemas: Soporte a IT corporativa y finanzas para actividades de IT de integración (SAP).
  • Apoyo a la Auditoría y Compliance: Apoyo a las actividades de compliance y auditoría.
Requisitos del Candidato
  • Experiencia Laboral: Cinco años de experiencia en puesto similar como Controller de planta – director/a financiero/a en una planta de fabricación de sector automoción. Valorable experiencia previa en firmas de auditoría financiera.
  • Habilidades Contables: Sólidas habilidades contables y de realización de informes financieros.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Alto conocimiento de SAP y Excel.
  • Idioma: Alto conocimiento del inglés (B2-C1).
  • Conocimientos Normativos: Persona experta en normativa española contable y fiscal y de los procedimientos financieros.
  • Habilidades Personales: Persona con alta motivación, capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma pero también buenas habilidades relacionales, enfoque de resolución de problemas, alta orientación a resultados, analítica.
  • Disponibilidad: Disponibilidad para residir en Borja o alrededores.
