At Guess Europe, we are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty Program Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our E-Commerce department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Loyalty Program Development: Collaborate with our E-Commerce Product & UX/UI Manager to create and execute loyalty programs that meet our business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather program requirements and ensure seamless execution.
- Promotion Management: Set up and manage loyalty promotions on our dedicated platform, ensuring flawless functioning and optimal customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with UX, web marketing, and customer care teams to optimize the loyal customer experience and drive business growth.
- Innovation and Evolution: Continuously innovate and evolve loyalty functionalities and promotions to maximize program value and customer engagement.
- Non-Loyalty Promotions: Assist in setting up non-loyalty promotions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including customer group management, campaign setup, and banner placements.
- Segmentation and Analysis: Design and implement loyalty programs for different customer segments, analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Implementation and Reporting: Implement loyalty programs, track key performance indicators, and report on program effectiveness.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role and/or activities.
- Skills: Strong analysis and planning skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Salesforce products and software suite, including Commerce Cloud and Loyalty Management Software.
- Language: Fluent in English, with any other language considered a plus.
