Senior Product Manager Endoscopy

As a Senior Product Manager for the Endoscopy division at Stryker, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to establish, enhance, or distinguish product placement in the competitive arena.
Key Responsibilities- Develop business plans and product positioning in the marketplace, overseeing market research and monitoring competitive activity.
- Establish pricing strategies and work with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to develop new products or enhance existing ones.
- Author and leverage marketing team to create key strategy documents, such as strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and product launch plans.
- Surface new or unexpressed customer needs, leading to product/program improvements.
- Drive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency.
- Develop pricing approach consistent with the marketing strategy and brand positioning.
- Accurately forecast resource needs.
- Establish metrics and goals/success criteria and milestones.
- Demonstrate financial acumen.
- Mentor, develop, and inspire others.
- Collaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectives.
- Minimum 3+ years of Marketing or sales experience in the Medical Devices industry.
- Diploma or Degree in related field (MBA or Higher Education preferable).
- Knowledge of Medical Device environment & Medical Device regulations a must.
- Ideally previous experience with Endoscopy products.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
