Job Summary

The Straumann Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager International Services to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing HR processes and driving key initiatives on a hands-on operational and tactical level.

Main Responsibilities

  • HR Process Management
    • Manage the operational and tactical transactions in our HR system.
    • Provide expert HR guidance and support to people managers on a range of HR topics, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Core Processes and Programs
    • Manage core processes and programs such as compensation review, talent reviews, workforce planning, budgets, employee engagement surveys, and more to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Culture and Transformation
    • Implement and facilitate the Straumann Group Culture Journey, skills development, and leadership development programs.
    • Partner with leadership to drive change, managing resistance, and fostering a positive, resilient, and adaptive organizational culture.
  • Compliance and Audits
    • Ensure compliance in all HR-related policies and procedures and support internal and external audits.
  • Employee Experience
    • Implement cultural and digital transformation initiatives to enhance employee engagement, foster collaboration, and elevate overall employee experience.
  • Point of Contact
    • Act as the point of contact for the local Works Council and manage the relationship and requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant functional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager within multinational organizations supporting different geographies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels across different cultures.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a structured, reliable, and responsive working style.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution of HR agenda that contributes to employee retention and business success.
  • Good balance of people orientation and analytical skills as well as process orientation.
  • Digitally and data-savvy with hands-on knowledge of HR applications.
  • Fluent in English and German language; Spanish language skill is a plus.
  • The position requires up to 20% national and international travel.
