**Job Summary**
NBCUniversal is seeking a highly motivated and organized Publicity Trainee to join our team. As a Publicity Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the Publicity Department in various tasks, including event coordination, media relations, and administrative duties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Daily Press Follow-up**: Monitor and track press appearances, and prepare press clippings for distribution.
- **Premiere and Coverage Reports**: Compile and submit reports on film premieres and press coverage.
- **Virtual Press Room Management**: Manage the online press room, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Press Screening Coordination**: Schedule and coordinate press screenings for films.
- **Press Materials Coordination**: Coordinate the distribution of press materials, including press kits and press releases.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster strong relationships with media representatives and suppliers.
- **Online Communication Plan**: Assist in managing the online communication plan and social media presence.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the Publicity Manager, including invoice tracking and SAP system management.
**Requirements:**
- **Education**: University degree in Journalism, Communication, or Marketing.
- **Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of the Spanish media environment and the cinematographic sector.
- **Skills**: Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Strong organizational and communication skills.
- **Availability**: Full-time availability.
