- Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling leasing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Set and negotiate lease terms and conditions to secure favourable outcomes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of lease agreements, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and other industry professionals.
- Manage lease renewal processes, including rent negotiation, lease amendments, and satisfaction surveys.
- Analyse and evaluate leasing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive leasing reports, including occupancy rates, forecasts, and revenue projections.
- Oversee the lease administration process to ensure accurate and timely documentation of lease agreements.
- Collaborate with property management teams to address concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Lead and supervise a team of leasing professionals, providing guidance, training, and feedback.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing.
