The Senior Leasing Manager plays a vital role in optimising leasing performance and achieving business objectives. This leadership position is responsible for developing and executing tactical sales strategies, driving leasing performance management, and maximising revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth market knowledge of competitors, owners, and prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify leasing opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling leasing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Set and negotiate lease terms and conditions to secure favourable outcomes.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of lease agreements, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and other industry professionals.
  • Manage lease renewal processes, including rent negotiation, lease amendments, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Analyse and evaluate leasing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive leasing reports, including occupancy rates, forecasts, and revenue projections.
  • Oversee the lease administration process to ensure accurate and timely documentation of lease agreements.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to address concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Lead and supervise a team of leasing professionals, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Work closely with finance to develop and manage leasing budgets and financial forecasts.
