Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Madrid. This exciting opportunity will see you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our new store, due to open in December.

Your Mission

As an Inventory Control Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Mastering Sézane's inventory management policies, standards, and procedures
  • Participating in the organization of storage spaces to maximize efficiency
  • Receiving, integrating, and storing regular deliveries
  • Ensuring the effective management of customer returns, defective items, and after-sales service
  • Assisting with ordering consumables and other miscellaneous purchases for the apartment
  • Providing excellent customer service and meeting their expectations efficiently
  • Carefully conducting inventories (weekly, rotating, global) to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Overseeing the processing of incoming and outgoing inventory
  • Ensuring the daily supply of the apartment and maintaining perfectly stored reserves
  • Assisting with planning deliveries and collection changes
  • Isolating new products for the implementation of new collections
  • Processing Click & Collect orders and integrating them into the inventory system
  • Regularly reporting stock issues to the Retail team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An eye for detail and experience with inventory management
  • The ability to quickly adapt to the challenges of retail and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong time management skills and a proactive approach to work
  • The ability to lead by example and train a team effectively

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary ranging from €35,000 to €45,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional results in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you
