As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, negotiating with suppliers, and executing procurement strategies to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surveil local procurement markets to identify relevant trends and developments
  • Negotiate with regional suppliers to secure optimal pricing and savings
  • Conduct request for quotations, bid analysis, and supplier recommendations
  • Execute supplier visits and audits to ensure quality and compliance
  • Collaborate with the Cost Analysis Team to conduct cost analysis activities
  • Provide support to Commodity Managers for tenders, audits, and supplier evaluations
  • Manage everyday communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Carry out contract management and maintenance
  • Develop and implement measures for commodity reporting and performance measurement
  • Develop and update templates, tools, and standards with the Competence Center

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
