Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Operational Excellence Transformation Lead to drive transformative initiatives within the EMEALA Systems (Installation) Functional team.

About the Role

This leadership position reports directly to the Senior Director for EMEALA Systems and offers a crucial impact on our Business Units across the EMEALA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement performance improvement initiatives aimed at maximizing profitability and achieving operational excellence within the System (Installation) Function.
  • Track and analyze key metrics and KPIs to identify trends and uncover opportunities for improvement across the region.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by inspiring operational delivery teams to enhance efficiency and productivity in all aspects of our installations.
  • Oversight of the Installation Excellence Risk and Escalation Process for major projects will ensure robust engagement with internal stakeholders and proactive risk management strategies.
  • Partner with various departments, including operational businesses, service, finance, legal, procurement, and pricing, to coordinate and implement impactful strategic initiatives.

  • Executed Gross Margin improvement: Drive revenue growth through efficient cost management and optimized business processes.
  • Revenue Growth: Enhance top-line performance by streamlining operations and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Cash flow improvement: Optimize financial performance by reducing costs and enhancing cash flow.
  • Reduce Risk within WIH: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution and minimize losses.
  • Increase Service Linkage: Foster stronger relationships with customers and stakeholders to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards through effective process management.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through streamlined operations and improved communication.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
