At Neuraxpharm, we're seeking a talented Junior HR Business Partner to join our team in Barcelona. This hybrid role will give you the opportunity to work closely with our management team to drive organizational success.
Your key responsibilities will include leading selection processes, ensuring effective onboarding of new employees, and providing advice and consultation to managers and employees on Employee Relations matters.
You'll also be responsible for implementing the HR Agenda across affiliates in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Mexico, and Brasil, as well as facilitating change management initiatives and communicating business strategies to our teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Labour Relations / Economics or related field with master's specialized in HR.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor law is a plus.
