Employee Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Neuraxpharm. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the business by providing guidance on employee relations, benefits, compensation, training and development programs. You will work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to improve employee engagement, retention and productivity.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be proficient in using HR software such as Success Factors. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required, as well as at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of Spanish labor law is a plus. Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with department heads and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances and performance management.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, including personnel files and attendance records.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees and make recommendations for improvements.
