Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the development of our system solutions, enhancing the experiences of our customers and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain large areas of our codebase, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions.
  • Mastery of multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools, with a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement.
  • Identify and present viable alternative solutions, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Understand and work with relational databases, development frameworks, and industry-standard libraries.
  • Apply testing and integration testing techniques to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Develop a moderate understanding of key sub-systems and their interoperations.
  • Read and understand existing code, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Adhere to OWASP and SDLC processes, including agile-based development, peer code reviews, and technical preparations for releases.
  • Understand the product roadmap and contribute to overall objectives.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and apply secure software development practices.
  • Fix bugs of moderate complexity and demonstrate proficient debugging skills.
  • Review code for team members, providing in-depth comments and feedback.
  • Develop new features or enhancements with minimal supervision.
  • Deliver medium-level refactoring and implement unit testing and integration testing as needed.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation and make knowledge base contributions.
  • Present technical team presentations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry jargon and business concepts, raising roadblocks and updating estimations as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of software development experience.
  • Understanding of various design patterns and OOP paradigm.
  • Experience in RESTful and security of API design.
  • Knowledge in at least 1 OOP language.
