The Career Coach is responsible for evaluating students' resumes and LinkedIn profiles using a grading rubric. The role involves providing constructive feedback, guiding students to improve their content, and hosting one-on-one or group meetings to discuss improvements. Additionally, the Career Coach will direct students to career services resources within the Canvas learning platform and ensure they are aware of all available tools and support.

• Resume Packaging and Review: Conduct thorough reviews of students' resumes and LinkedIn profiles to ensure professional presentation and market alignment.
• Resume and LinkedIn Profile Optimization: Guide students in using the provided resume template, advising on profile elements including headline, summary, work experience, and skills.
• Career Development Tools: Provide students with templates, feedback, and best practices to empower them in creating high-quality career documents.

Requirements
Experience in resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, career coaching, or talent acquisition is preferred. A strong understanding of industry trends and best practices for resumes and professional profiles is also required.
