We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our International Quality Program. As an intern, you will contribute to solutions that transform patient lives by investigating and resolving quality and compliance issues in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze quality and compliance issues in manufacturing processes, including CAPA, non-conformances, and audit observations.
- Develop and implement process improvements using engineering methods such as Six Sigma and LEAN.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for design for manufacturing and continuous process improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports and documentation to track and communicate process improvements.
Requirements:
- Enrolled university student (Bachelor/Master) with an Engineering or Science degree, interested in medical devices.
- In the last year of the degree.
- Comfortable working in English.
- Full-time (40h/week) availability for at least 6 months.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical terms and human anatomy.
- Big plus: knowledge of Medical Device Vigilance regulations and regulatory reporting regulations.
