About the Role
The Clinical Marketing & Engagement Leader is a key position at GE Healthcare, responsible for driving the strategic planning and execution of our clinical marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong background in clinical research and marketing, with a proven ability to integrate scientific knowledge with marketing strategies to enhance our brand and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to build and drive advocacy and thought leadership initiatives, positioning GE Healthcare as a thought leader in the current and future healthcare space.
- Help clinician and clinically-focused thought leaders share emerging best practices, while demonstrating the critical role GE Healthcare solutions play in achieving them.
- Collaborate with various teams within PCS marketing, segment GMs, and modality leaders to ensure key clinical stories reach our audiences and drive behavior change.
- Work closely with the global medical affairs team to build strong clinical evidence and lead clinical studies.
- Develop and execute clinical marketing campaigns to increase our brand equity.
- Design effective digital marketing strategies to increase our footprint and image as a thought leader company.
- Manage the GE Healthcare brand among key stakeholders and work to establish GE Healthcare as the preferred brand in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, with an MBA preferred.
- 10+ years' experience in clinical marketing, medical affairs, or related field in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful clinical marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of clinical research and the ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data.
- Ability to travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with key stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and present ideas to stakeholders throughout different levels within the business.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with global commercial and product teams.
- Strong analytical and process skills.
