We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Manager to join our team at Recruitment Room. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning and executing large-scale events, including festivals and conferences, with a potential of up to 16,000 participants.

Your primary focus will be on developing concepts for various event formats, both nationally and internationally, and managing the logistical aspects of these events. You will work closely with our service providers and partners to negotiate orders and ensure efficient cost management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in event planning and management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry. You will also need to have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
