Job Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Python Developer/Team Lead to join our diverse technical team and create efficient server-side applications for a prominent retail vendor in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle and mentor team members.
  • Collaborate with development teams to determine application requirements.
  • Design and implement functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop high-quality back-end applications in Python.
  • Design and implement REST APIs.
  • Ensure the quality of the code.
  • Deliver solutions into production.
  • Mentor team members.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading teams.
  • Proven experience as a Python developer (3-5 years of experience).
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Experience with Python frameworks (such as Django, Flask).
  • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and Python entity frameworks (like SQLAlchemy).
  • Experience in building REST APIs.
  • Understanding of the DevOps culture and experience with containers is a plus.

Contract Terms:

Work Schedule: Flexible and remote work schedule

Contracts: B2B
