About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Safety Project Lead to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a Senior Safety Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing and delivering excellence in assigned projects, covering post-market products. You will provide leadership and accountability for customer-facing activities and oversight of operational service delivery, working cross-functionally and across the opportunity lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interface Management: Manage customer interface and communication for assigned projects, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality customer experience.
  2. Project Deliverables: Manage customer deliverables and bring continuity to project design and delivery through customer delivery, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
  3. Project Initiation and Risk Management: Support the start-up of new projects using standard operating procedures and best practices, identifying potential risks during project initiation and implementing mitigation measures to ensure seamless delivery at the maintenance stage.
  4. Account Ownership: May act as an account owner over a program or customer portfolio and therefore report program/portfolio level metrics and provide oversight of projects.
  5. Solution Architecture: Perform the role of solution architect responsible for crafting and defending proposed solutions to new standalone Safety business opportunities.
  6. Customer-Facing Support: Provide leadership and accountability for customer-facing collateral and operational support to deliver key customer messages, working cross-functionally and across the opportunity lifecycle.
  7. Project Planning and Strategy: Provide leadership and structure for customer service interface from scoping stage, through proposal generation, bid defense to transition of work and service delivery.
  8. Subject Matter Expertise: Develop specialist expertise and may act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on departmental or global initiatives.
  9. Stakeholder Management: Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders, providing project status updates, defining processes, and project planning/strategy.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Health Science or other directly related field.
  2. Experience: Around 2-3 years' experience in Lifecycle Safety (Pharmacovigilance, CEVA, Medical Information, Safety Publishing, Risk Management, etc.) with project management experience.
  3. Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of applicable global, regional, and local clinical research regulatory requirements; i.e., Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
  4. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work and lead teleconferences.
  5. Project Management Skills: Ability to work independently on multiple projects and manage competing priorities.
  6. Presentation and Report Writing Skills: Strong presentation skills; report writing skills and customer focus skills.
  7. Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers.
