About the Role

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering advanced IT solutions to our clients by analyzing business needs and designing and implementing technology strategies. You will develop and implement IT Service Management strategies that align with client business objectives, provide tailored IT Configuration Management solutions, and lead the technical implementation of large-scale CMDB projects.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in IT service management or a related field, with proven experience with ITIL frameworks and best practices
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C++), databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins), and platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build client relationships
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with additional proficiency in German or French highly valued
