Job Title: Power Iberia Junior Consultant

RINA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join its Power Division as a Junior Consultant in the Iberia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical assessments and consultancy services to clients in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of technical knowledge and expertise in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and other renewable energy technologies.
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality consultancy services to clients, including technical due diligences, feasibility studies, and project management.
  • Support the growth and development of the Iberia Power (Renewables) team and contribute to the expansion of RINA's business in the region.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and other team members to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in an engineering field, with a Master's degree in Renewable Energy highly valued.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with other languages a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with at least 1 year of specific experience in BESS.
  • Knowledge of the Spanish regulation and policies affecting BESS and renewable energy business.
  • Good IT skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Experience with software and tools used in the renewable energy and BESS business, such as Homer, PVsyst, and SAM.
