Job Title: Head of Business Performance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Business Performance to join our team at Visa. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving performance, and leading strategic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
  • Commercial Operations: Lead commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and customer engagement, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Leadership: Directly manage a team of commercial and strategic operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and technology, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies.
  • Analytics and Insights: Develop and maintain advanced analytics and insights to inform business decisions, drive performance improvement, and measure progress against key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in a commercial or strategic operations role, preferably in the payments industry or a related sector.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving performance, and leading strategic operations.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience in revenue forecasting, financial planning, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to direct and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and maintain advanced analytics and insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, or MD).
