Main Responsibilities- Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact and intro calls, lead qualification, client requirement analysis, prospecting, product demonstration, pitching, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing deals/contracts.
- Business Development: Develop business opportunities related to Symanto's products and projects.
- Solutions Expertise: Act as a solutions expert consultant to C-Level and Senior Executive level clients, helping them achieve their goals by applying Symanto's solutions.
- Client Communication: Communicate the benefits of Symanto's products and services to potential and current clients.
- Sales Status Management: Maintain current sales status in the CRM system.
- Sales Planning: Participate in sales planning and develop the sales and marketing strategy.
- Internal Collaboration: Communicate with internal stakeholders and teams (product, marketing, account & project management, R&D).
- Industry Representation: Represent Symanto at webinars, meetings, fairs, and events.
- Industry Network: Establish and maintain industry and partner contact.
- Education and Experience: Vocational training or degree in sales, marketing, business, data science, or related field. 5+ years of sales experience, sales/business development in a business-to-business environment, preferably in the market research, technology sector, or consulting business.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and German.
- Analytical and Business Skills: Analytical skill sets and strong business acumen.
- Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of AI and data analytics technologies, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with decision-makers, combined with a confident manner.
- Consultative Effectiveness: Ability to build consultative effectiveness and establish trust.
- Self-Motivation and Flexibility: Self-motivated, independent, and flexible, with the ability to deliver value in a start-up like environment.
- Travel and Microsoft Office: Willingness to travel and very good skills in Microsoft Office.
- Market Knowledge: Very good knowledge of the market research industry, consulting companies' structure and operation, big brands, and key players of the markets/industries.
- AI and Business Psychology: Understanding of and interest in AI and business psychology.
- Language Skills: Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus.
- Sales Techniques and Tools: Familiarity with different sales techniques, prospecting tools, and pipeline management tool including Hubspot.
