Ing Bank NV Sucursal en España is seeking an experienced IT Risk Specialist to join our Cloud & Tech Foundations Tribe. The ideal candidate will be a talented and enthusiastic professional with a passion for securing environments and a positive attitude towards problem-solving.
As a Business Control Specialist, you will be accountable for implementing IT Risk and Security capabilities and delivering security & risk awareness. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Pro-actively advise colleagues in the departments about IT Risk.
- Work with other departments to establish a powerful risk-aware culture.
- Understand IT-related risk policies, aiming for simple and strong guidance.
- Challenge colleagues about trends and developments.
- Report on IT-risk themes for risk governing bodies, establishing an integrated risk view.
- Drive IT Risk & Security Control Implementation to effectively meet business requirements.
- Engage Risk owners and delegates in the mitigation actions and plans to keep Risk within Risk Appetite.
- Negotiate to get agreements among First and Second Lines of Defenses (1LoD, 2LoD) to maintain IT Risk within Risk Appetite.
- Think out of the box aiming to leverage new technologies and ways of working.
We are looking for an energetic and proactive IT Risk & Security professional with a broad understanding of both technical and soft skills. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for IT Security & IT Risk. You will also need to be able to design technical Security solutions and have a proven track record and technical skills in IT Security and IT Risk.

We Offer:
$100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
