We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager dedicated to driving significant growth by enhancing the number of sponsoring organizations and attracting a larger pool of active participants for our LEADERS IN CONSULTING Community. Compensation

We provide a competitive salary that reflects the cost of living in your area and is aligned with your experience. Paid time off for holidays and illness is included. Specific compensation details will be addressed during the interview.

SAWOO is a rapidly expanding, remote-first organization with a diverse team distributed across multiple countries. We focus on creating and managing communities for decision-makers in medium to large enterprises, facilitating their growth through collaborative learning and networking opportunities. Our initiatives include organizing both physical and virtual networking events, conferences, podcasts, and various other engagement opportunities for our members. We also manage websites and social media channels where we share tailored content and connect community members. Our clientele features executives from prestigious companies such as BCG, EY, Bosch, Mercedes, Porsche, Lufthansa, BMW, Amazon, Siemens, among others. Our ambition is to welcome two million active members into our communities by 2034.


Your Responsibilities

LEADERS IN CONSULTING serves as an exclusive network for CEOs, Partners, and Managing Directors within the consulting sector. We promote business advancement through knowledge sharing and networking. Your primary goal will be to stimulate substantial growth by increasing the number of sponsoring organizations and attracting more active community members, particularly Partners and Managing Directors from consulting firms with a minimum of 50 employees.

Your Objectives for the Year:

  • Achieve a growth target of 1,000 additional active community members.
  • Secure 25 sponsors by establishing a pipeline of 250 leads (where a lead is defined as having a first call with us).

Initial 90 Days:

  • Generate 40 sponsor leads (interested in having a first call with us).
  • Attract 100 active community members.

Key Duties:

  • Formulate and implement impactful demand generation strategies.
  • Enhance landing pages, experiment with messaging, and apply Account-Based Marketing (ABM) techniques.
  • Oversee multichannel marketing campaigns, utilizing LinkedIn outreach effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, the CEO, and the CTO.
  • Drive participation and sponsorship for our annual conferences.
  • Attend our events to gain insights and optimize community engagement.
Your Profile

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Availability: Commitment of 40 hours per week at a minimum.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical abilities to assess data and refine campaigns.
  • Creative Problem-Solver: Capable of testing and iterating strategies to identify the most effective methods.
  • Dependable: Proven history of executing tasks independently.
  • Ownership Mentality: Experience in managing and driving key metrics such as leads or sales pipeline.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), creating landing pages, and crafting compelling messaging. Comfortable using AI tools to enhance writing efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal teams, supporting and utilizing their expertise.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; German is a plus.
  • Remote Work Experience: Previous experience in remote work settings, with strong communication skills using tools like Slack.
  • Willingness to Travel: Open to traveling multiple times a year for community and company events.

Metrics for Success:

  • Number of sales-qualified sponsor leads generated.
  • Number of new community members acquired (Partners and MDs from consulting firms with at least 50 employees).

  • Learning through direct support and onboarding from the CEO.
