Cyber Security Service Manager

At ES87 Enterprise Solutions Outsourcing España, S.L.U., we are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Security Operations Center, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our SOC, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor outsourced security services to ensure they deliver value, meet service quality standards, and adhere to delivery objectives and deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contracted security services, ensuring clear, proactive, and transparent communication.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the value provided to clients through innovative solutions and improvements in service delivery.
- Ensure all service processes, including incident, change, and problem management, are executed following ITIL and agile best practices.
- Implement and monitor improvement plans according to ES87 Enterprise Solutions Outsourcing España, S.L.U. expectations, ensuring alignment with ES87 Enterprise Solutions Outsourcing España, S.L.U. roadmaps and continuous enhancement of service quality.
- Over 5 years of experience in security and IT management.
- Certification in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
- Professional certifications in cyber security and project management.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate technical projects in SIEM, SOC, VM, Hunting, Forensics, and Cyber Intelligence.
- Experience in managing both internal and client services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to drive service improvements and deliver high-value outcomes for clients.
- Applied security research experience.
- Applied cryptography, mathematics, or computer science experience.
- Application security threat modeling.
- Source code review.
