Position Overview

About the Role:

We are seeking a RAN Technical Solutions Architect who will play a crucial role in the analysis, design, and development of commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions tailored for our clients. This position entails a significant responsibility for ensuring profitable business outcomes for Ericsson by effectively translating customer requirements and technological possibilities into comprehensive technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

PRODUCT & SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT:

· Define, scope, and design solution offerings while driving comprehensive technical solutions.

· Analyze customer technology landscapes, establish business requirements, and engage in risk assessments.

· Create and deliver technical presentations and proposals to various customer audiences.

· Support the deployment of solutions.

· Provide constructive feedback to Research and Development teams.

· Stay informed about emerging technologies and share insights to enhance customer competence.

· Possess in-depth knowledge of Ericsson equipment, radio network features, algorithms, and parameters.

· Define baseline features and parameters for 5G/4G technologies.

· Maintain a strong understanding of radio interface standards.

NETWORK DESIGN AND PLANNING:

· Demonstrate end-to-end knowledge of network construction and rollout processes.

· Exhibit proficiency in R&D tools and engineering principles.

· Contribute to the establishment of operational dashboards for monitoring project statuses.

NETWORK PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:

· Stay updated on NDO services and tools portfolio, as well as manage Assessment Gateway Guidelines.

· Bring senior-level experience in daily KPI analysis and recommend corrective actions.

· Anticipate performance challenges and proactively identify service opportunities.

· Highlight potential risks related to network performance degradation at project initiation or during execution, and suggest mitigation strategies.

· Propose recovery plans in instances of network performance decline.

· Identify and prevent quality issues and bottlenecks in mid-term network evolution.

· Capable of proposing new workflows and metrics, such as S-KPIs in place of traditional KPIs.

Required Qualifications:

· Education: Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum Experience: 5 years in relevant roles.

· Domain Expertise: Specialized knowledge in RAN.

· Technical experience is essential, with a background in roles such as Integration Engineer or Software Developer.

· Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

· Strong team player with a demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, take initiative, and work effectively under pressure.

· Consultative approach with a strong customer focus and commitment to quality.

· Results-oriented mindset with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and project delivery.

· Engage in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Innovative and proactive attitude.

· Strong presentation, time management, and leadership abilities, with a capacity to collaborate with diverse teams.

Additional Qualifications:

· GIAP certification in Solution Architecture is a plus.

· K2 Acceptance Gateway Certification is advantageous.

· Knowledge in Data Analytics will be valued.
